What format are the Video and Sound Clips in?
|
All music clips are Quicktime files. You will need the Quicktime plug-in installed on your computer to play these files. It is available for free from Apple by clicking here

Installing Active X Controls
|
When trying to play one of the video clips you may be asked if you wish to run Active X controls on this page. Click Ok to do this. These Active X Controls are simply controls set by your Internet Browser to play Quicktime files. They will not harm your computer.

Why does Internet Explorer say that the Pop-ups are Blocked? |
Internet Explorer blocks Pop-ups as these are more often than not advertisements that interrupt your web browsing. OTB Soul .com does not sell advertising space so any Pop-ups that Internet Explorer blocks on this website will contain important information regarding OTB Soul .com.

The film clips wont load or keep stopping and starting. |
Either the film clips wont load because you do not have the Quicktime Plug-in installed or the file is 'buffering' but taking a long time to do so. This largely depends on your Internet Connection.
